A man was shot multiple times and killed during a parking dispute outside Gate 2 at the University of Limpopo early Sunday morning.
The incident unfolded around 00:05 to 00:15 near the campus entrance, as students attended the Mr. & Miss Freshers Ball. Eyewitnesses report that the victim slapped the suspect, a man allegedly driving a VW Polo twice during an argument over a parking spot. The suspect then drew a firearm and opened fire.
Police and ambulances raced to the chaotic scene, but details on arrests or the victim’s identity remain unconfirmed.
