The EFF Youth League in the Limpopo province has matched to the offices of the independent Electoral Commission in Limpopo to withdraw its decision to stop the University of Limpopo from being a voting station during elections.
EFFYC says their decision will affect voters and residents who are closer to the campus negatively.
The party stated that the University of Limpopo should continue to be a polling station, as it is safe and has many resources that will help voters stand in long lines safely until the closing time. In response, the Independent Electoral Commission have acknowledged the concerns raised by the members of the EFFYC.
They have reached the conclusion that it is better for everyone to vote online, and they remain committed to assisting voters during the voting process.
