Pius Nqandela , the charmian of Gauteng Football Association(GFA), believes that they must assist other provinces to achieve their goals, just as they themselves are successful.
It is now regarded as the most performing football in South Africa, they are even receiving praises from FIFA(Fédération Internationale de Football Association) and they continue to grow well.
The Charmain shared his experience with the Gauteng Development League.
“If you look at the issue of the Gauteng Development League, we started it as just an ordinary league and it grew from strength to strength.
Afterwards, we also developed what we call the GDPL, which is the Gauteng Development Promotional League of the GDL(Gauteng Development League).
Subsequent to that, we established a women’s side, the GWDL(Gauteng’s Women Development League ), which is also doing well.Thereafter, we also went ahead in terms of broadcasting ”, he said.
They are now on how they are going to get sponsors, they have been working hard and they continue to work hard to produce top talented football players in the country.
GDL is also known as the talented junior national teams by SAFA(South Africa Football Association).
