Provincial Chairperson in Limpopo province, Victor Mothemela, together with ActionSA party members were at Bela Bela police station to open a case against South African President.
This case comes after Ramaphosa was accused of lying about the value of the money on his Phala Phala farm where he refused to resign when the Parliament found him guilty.

Mothemela said that they want justice to be done in this case, Ramaphosa must resign and now the party is happy because they succeeded in opening a case against him.
They also will wait for the police to do their investigation, meanwhile hoping for good results on this case. Hence the party’s national spokesperson Lerato Ngobeni said that what they did is a huge blow to the party, as they are taking steps to improve South Africa.

The provincial finance Tonic Manchidi summed up the report that “as the party, they are confident that the investigation into the case will go according to the law and they hope for a good outcome”.
