Brown Mogotsi, a businessman expressed his concern to SABC News on Thursday evening about the SAPS showing up to him with a warrant, heavily armed and masked officers.
According to the SAPS, a raid took place at Mogotsi’s business premises in a village near Mahikeng in North West on Thursday. This was part of the ongoing probe into the matters discussed by the Madlanga Commission of inquiry and Parliament’s Ad Hoc Committee.
Throughout the public hearing of these investigations , Mogotsi has been linked to Police Minister Senzo Mchunu who is on leave amid claims he meddled in sensitive high profile cases.
According to Mogotsi in a statement he made to SABC News, he saw the warrant for seizing digital devices of himself, Mchunu and Cedrick Nkabinde( Mchunu’s chief of staff)
