After the Match between Bafana Bafana and Nigeria FIFA WORLD CUP qualifier in Free State Stadium, Tuesday 09 September 2025. A young man called Mbekezeli Mbokazi a player of Olando Pirates from KZN was playing an impressive game last night in Bloemfontein where coach Hugo Broos was realy about his performance.
The score was 1-1 between this teams.Bafana Bafana coach believes that Mbekezeli is what they want in their game to win this World cup his performances was really excellent, his teammates they also support what coach is saying by giving him flowers to encourage him to keep working hard.
His teammates were in Stadium they were even singing for him as he won the Man Of The Match award which shows he is fit enough to shine on the biggest stage in Europe.“Look at a guy like Mbokazi. This guy must go to Europe. He is 19 years old , the way he is playing is like he has 10 years of experience on this level. This is his third game with the national team and the way his playing , lets hope some players will do the stats next year it will be good for South African Football’ Broos stated.
Broos believes that with Mbokazi they can prove that South Africa Football can still produce good talented players. Mbokazi has 19 years but he is already giving impressive performance and delivering a strong showing alongside Siyabonga Ngezana . They really put too much hope in this young man that Bafana new generation can bring high quality players. He is really good in defence which made him to be a teen star and also star to coach Broos.
