Tsakane Matlala, Claudette Masethe, and Given Makofane were granted bail of R20 000 each by the Pretoria Magistrate’s Court in connection with a fraud and corruption case linked to Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala.
They are facing charges of fraud, forgery, uttering and corruption.
These charges are connected to the alleged use of fake documents. The accused appeared in court after their arrest and were granted bail.
Their case was postponed to 29 October, while Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala is expected to appear in court again on 14 and 15 October.
