A star player, Patrick Tito Maswanganyi, who last suffered an injury before the FIFA World Cup qualifiers, is already back in training with the Orlando Pirates squad and ready to start on Saturday for their clash against Stellenbosch FC at Mbombela Stadium in the MTN 8 Final.
The Orlando Pirates coach, Abdeslam Ouaddou, proudly announced that he was happy to see the return of Maswanganyi, as he plays a critical role in the team’s performance. He also added, “If you see him on the pitch, it means that the medical department has given him the green light to be there,” said Ouaddou.His return adds value to the squad, as he made an important contribution in recent MTN games where he helped the team win titles.
However, it now seems there is more competition in the team, as the coach has to choose between him and the new signing, Sipho Mbule, who is also making a great contribution for Bafana Bafana.
